Meet the founder, Steve Clark

Steve Clark founded Bespoke Placement Group after more than a decade in executive and technical recruiting, long enough to see exactly where the traditional model breaks down, and stubborn enough to build something better. He is CDSP certified and based in Brighton, Michigan.

His approach is consultative and direct. He learns the role, the team, and the stakes before sourcing a single candidate, then works his network to reach the people who aren't applying anywhere. His focus is engineering, operations, business development and finance leadership. Clients work with him directly, start to finish: no handoffs, no junior associates, no surprises.
